teribble leap year for me this year..29th was horrible for me.it was morning duty for me..since morning was undergoin so many difficulities...end with a good patient who said im workin consistently...relievedd... but at night i stil tought of it till i slept..the next say i realised that..im was stupid...ceh..tinkin over small thing so many times..after all it was over...haiz..tis workload is just too much for me,..till i have stay over at work place,,
a person should not work more than 8 hours at work for a better life...its scientifically proven than..a person who works more 8 hours a day..for 5 consecutive months..has better prospect of gettin alzheimer disease and parkinsons..oh god its not a rewards..its a DISEASE..lately the elder are gettin more this kinda disease...even worst with not proper eating habit..diabetes cholestrol..phewwhh..people..healthy is diff from beauty...
